Vilhelm Konnander

Vilhelm Konnander currently works with general security policy and Sweden's geographic vicinity at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. He has previously i.a. been analyst and editor for long-term defence planning with the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters' Strategic Plans and Policy as well as co-ordinator of the Nordic Network for Security Studies (NNSS).

Konnander is board member of the Swedish Society for the Study of Russia, Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia - the Swedish branch of the International Council for Central and East European Studies (ICCEES).
